Hotel Continental, Treviso

I was initially given a twin room but asked for a double bed, and the staff promptly moved me to a better room. The rooms, although traditionally furnished, were comfortable with a clean bed and bathroom. However, there was a noticeable sewer smell the next day.

Wow, what a gem! This hotel is just perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with good AC service. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of shopping and close to all the amazing sites in Florence. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were alright, although the interior is pretty vintage, but they were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. However, the service was disappointing as I was given a room with a boarded-up window full of mosquitoes and an A/C that needed a huge pipe stuck out of the window. The staff was not friendly and helpful, and they did not inform us that we needed to exchange the parking ticket from the hotel to get free parking. On the bright side, the location was ideal, near the center and the station. Although the dining was alright with a decent selection, it can be better. The facilities were satisfactory overall but could use some upgrades.
